What we collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone, postcode) you provide via forms or messages.
- Information about your pet (name, breed, routine, vet, medical needs) shared during booking.
- Basic usage data from this website (see our cookie policy).
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and arrange meet-and-greets.
- To provide the pet care service you've booked.
- To keep essential records for insurance, invoicing and legal compliance.
- Occasional service updates — never marketing spam, and never shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep active client records for the duration of our care relationship and up to seven years after your last booking for accounting and insurance purposes. Enquiries that don't turn into bookings are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal data. Email hello@littlevalleypaws.co.uk and we'll handle your request within a month.
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business — for example, email, booking software and payment processing. We only share what's needed and never sell your data.
