Terms of
Service.

These terms apply when you book pet care with Little Valley Paws. By confirming a booking you agree to them.

Bookings

Every new pet starts with a free meet-and-greet. Bookings are only confirmed once we've met, dates are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp), and any deposit has been received.

Payment

  • A 20% deposit secures the booking. The balance is due on or before the first day of care.
  • We accept bank transfer and card payment.
  • Late payment (over 14 days) may incur a small administrative fee.

Cancellations

  • More than 14 days' notice — full refund of any deposit.
  • 7–14 days' notice — 50% of the deposit is retained.
  • Under 7 days' notice — the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Holiday and Christmas periods may require longer notice; we'll tell you at booking.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your pet, routine and any medical or behavioural needs.
  • Ensure your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.
  • Supply enough food, medication and equipment for the booking.
  • Provide vet details and, for overnights, an emergency contact.

Our responsibilities

  • Provide the agreed care to a professional, insured standard.
  • Communicate promptly, including photo/written updates.
  • Take reasonable steps in an emergency, including contacting your vet.

Insurance & liability

We hold full Pet Business Insurance covering public liability and care of custody. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by your pet to third-party property outside our control, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided at booking.

Termination

We reserve the right to end a booking early if a pet poses a safety risk to us or others, or if information provided at booking was materially inaccurate. Any pro-rata refund is at our discretion.
